Project Overview
Fighting wildlife crime, together.
Funded by the EU LIFE Programme, the Vulture Conservation Foundation, and international partners, the WildLIFE Crime Academy is a five-year, €2M initiative to combat wildlife crime across Portugal, Slovenia, Romania, Montenegro, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, North Cyprus, and Georgia.
Through specialized training, knowledge exchange, and collaboration with authorities, NGOs, and forensic experts, the project strengthens law enforcement, improves investigations and prosecutions, and equips agencies with the tools to protect threatened species and disrupt illegal trafficking networks.
